ARCHITECTURAL & STRUCTURAL MODELING
Concept & Precision Design
Our architectural team transforms the brief into innovative floor plans, elevations, sections, and photorealistic 3D external and internal renders. Concurrently, our structural engineers calculate dead and live loads to determine beam, column, and slab specifications.

STATUTORY & BUDGET INTEGRITY
Planning Approvals & BOQ Generation
We submit blueprints to the Anambra State Physical Planning Board (ANSPPB) or pertinent state agency for official planning permission. Simultaneously, we generate an itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with transparent schedules and certified material specifications for concrete, steel, blocks, roofing, and finishes.

Construction & Quality Control
On-site execution commences under dedicated resident engineers. We control excavation, blinding, foundation casting, damp-proof membrane installation, block laying, reinforced columns, beam casting, slab formwork, roof truss construction, and master plastering.

COMMISSIONING & OCCUPANCY

Prior to client walkthrough, an exhaustive 150-point snagging audit is completed. All MEP services (water pressure, inverter transfer switches, drainage discharge, smart locks) are pressure-tested. We hand over the keys, operation manuals, and formal structural guarantee.
